I don't have the Apps Store on my iPod Touch!?
On the main menu screen, I dont have the Apps Store icon..... I know I'm supposed to have it, but I dont. How do I get it?!
How do I upgrade it, and what program should I download it from?

Make sure you have your iPod updated to 2.0 or later. If not goto Itunes check for updates download it from there once all the process goes through you will see app store on you iPod touch main screen

If it's not on there then you have the iPod Touch 1st Gen. If it is the 2nd Gen, it will have it on there. There is no way to get it off so you must have the 1st Gen. But you can get the App Store on it if you get the update!

Double-check to make sure you don't have it.. I thought I didn't have it because the app store icon was kind of camoflauged in with everything else.
If you're positive it isn't on there, call Apple.
