What can i do so my under eyeliner can stay put? or what kind of eyeliner would work best ?

I had the same exact problem and I soon discovered that any waterproof eyeliner works the best. Since you put normal eyeliner right next to your eye it smudges and runs because of your wet eye.

My three favorite types of eyeliner are Clinique Quickliner for eyes ($14.50), Lancome Artliner Precision Point EyeLiner ($28), and Dior Crayon Eyeliner ($25).

When you buy eyeliner, look on the label for one that says water and smudge proof, those stay put.

I like Revlon's Colorstay eyeliner. It really stays in put and you don't have to sharpen it, so it's easy to reapply if you need it.

I use Maybelline Unstoppable eyeliner in Onyx (black) on my waterline and then I apply a little bit of black eyeshadow on top of it to set it. Works like a charm! :)
