centrepieces; try mirrors, silver beads, glittered pieces, and say your name starts with R, use large balloon 'R's to decorate.

activities; dancing, have a photographer, get your makeup done or something

food; decorate cupcakes with silver cashoues and sprinkles, have a large cake, and then the normal hot party food.

makeup ideas; use glitter to decorate your face, silver eyeliner, pearly pink lipstick and gold eyeshadow.

Food ideas I would go with cupcakes with that see through icing, kinda like glitter on your cupcake.
