A number of our Presidents have had various levels of proficiency at language. Thomas Jefferson was fluent in French. G. Washington spoke some French but not fluently. Teddy Roosevelt, Spanish. I would have to research the others.

  • if terrorist is a language I think he is the first president to speak that

I can't imagine. All high school students learn a foreign language. One has to assume that some presidents, many of whom were highly educated, achieved fluency.

Importance: 70% of how you look, 20% of how you sound and only 10% what you say. Obama fits that perfectly.

I don't think "Ghetto" is a foreign language.

I highly doubt it. There is a relatively high percentage of bi or multilingual Americans, and presidents are typically rather intelligent.
