15 year for 1st year

10 more years for 2nd

4 years for each additional year following.

I think it's just his age because old dogs tend to sleep more than young ones, about him not walking, it may be that he has arthritis and since he doesn't perform activities like he used to he doesn't need to eat much. But to make sure you should go to the vet
