So, I drank rotten milk... and... am wondering....?
This morning when I got up I went to the fridge to get a glass of milk. The milk carton said it expires the next day, so I thought it might be good. It passed the sniff test but when I drank it it tasted a little funny. Not extremely sour, but odd enough for me to question it. My sister took a sip and said it tasted fine to her, so I drank it. An hour later I started vomitting, a lot. The only thing I had was the milk, so I'm pretty sure that is the cause... Since then, I've developed an extremely bad case of diarrhea, and am still vomitting. I can't even drink water without puking it up. I'm also pregnant and am wondering if there is anything I can do to feel better. Should I be going to see a doctor?

First off always see a Dr when pregnant and vomiting and having diarrhea because you do not want to get dehydrated, That said, I don't know how far along you are but in the last 6 weeks of both my pregnancies I could not tolerate anything dairy especially milk.

Milk usually last for over a week past the expiration date. When you are exposed to food borne illness the symptoms do not occur until 12 hours after usually, Could you be experiencing morning sickness? and maybe it tasted funny because you are pregnant or you had your mind made up before you tasted it. If you continue to throw up, id go to the doctor.

properly, in fact which you're pregnant. and each now and then dairy would not ought to sniff bitter to have volatile micro organism in it, or additionally be previous the expiry date. i've got had milk like this earlier. for the reason which you're pregnant, even the slightest little bit of undesirable micro organism ought to reason something. in case you nonetheless have that different gallon of milk, you ought to flow returned to the shop you got it from and get a reimbursement, or in case you desire greater of an in intensity clarification then you definately ought to touch the producer of that milk. undecided what it must be that brought about the scent that it must be something like consistent with risk something incorrect with the cows such as you suggested, even nonetheless it probably isn't a risk to take in case you're pregnant. And in case you start up feeling unwell as properly, then you definately ought to flow to be certain a doctor. i do no longer think of that that milk ought to reason listeria or contain something to harm your infant, yet once you're particularly apprehensive that it ought to take place, visit be certain your physician to be secure.

i would think it's the pregnancy, not the milk.
but, it could be both.
or one.
i would wait a day or so, and see how you feel.
make sure you take medicine that wont hurt the baby.

. it's cause you're pregnant. rotten milk just becomes yogurt eventually. it's not bad for you. you maybe lactose intolerant or something. not a bad idea to ask your doctor about it.
