Lately, my heart beat is really loud and big, if i have something on chest, it moves up and down like crazy.
I am very thin (6st 5 and im 15)
Do you reckon this is the case?
I don't want to go doctor in case its a false alarm.
Haven't tooken any caffine or anything, im completley relaxed.
It may just be i'm consentrating on it too much?

Always better safe than sorry.
Anxiety, over exercising, stress, excitement can all cause a rapid or strong heartbeat. I would avoid all caffeine (that means cokes/diet cokes, Dr. pepper, etc.).... See your family doctor. Only they can rule out a real problem.

I sometimes feel this way and usually it is because I have taken cold meds, had too much caffeine or allowed some other upper into my system. Can you remember having taken any of these things? Are you having any other symptoms such as pain or numbness? Were you active before this happened? I would bet at your age it is one of the above things.

It could be an allergic reaction to something. Best let the professionals be the judge. (an EKG might be a good test to do, it measures your heart rate and stuff like that so i suggest goin to the doctor, be brave.) Better safe than sorry....

Any abnormality you feel when it comes to your heart should be addressed seriously - go see your doctor and he/she will probably do an ECG. If anything appears wrong, he/she will send you to a cardiologist to check it out.
It's possible that it's not serious, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

maybe u're just excited about something... or it can be that u're paying so much attention listening to ur heartbeat that it yeah it sounds pretty loud compare to when u're not paying attention. i don't think u have to worry about having heart problems yet... haha but u mite have the other "heart" problems.
