What is the prescription for 20/200 eyesight?
I mean if your contacts say 5.50 what would that be?

Double check, its most likely says -5.50 as the negative diopters correct for nearsightedness. The positive diopters are for reading glasses (i.e. you can see far but not up close).
My contacts are -5.00 diopters, which is about 20/600. You are closer to 20/700.
See the link below (remember, negative diopters are to correct for seeing in the distance, while positive diopters are basically magnifying glasses to read up close).
