    Fujikawa consists of two kanjis.

Fuji is written as 藤,means wisteria(a kind of flowers).

Kawa is written as 川 or 河,means river.

    Fujiitsu consists of three kanjis.

Fuji is written as 富士,means as you suggest

    Mt.fuji.

Tsu is written as 通,means an abbreviation of communication in japanese.Fujitsu is a computer vendor.

Mori is written as 森,means forest.

In japanese even if pronounciation is same, there are a lot of different kanjis, and respective meanings.

I think their meanings depend on the kanji they're written in.
