IKEA Meatball Cream Sauce?

I got the IKEA meatball combo here recently. Now the combo came with two packets of Gradsa cream sauce. In the instructions it says add cream, what do they mean by cream? Like solidified or like milk? Help???

    Cream like heavy milk! It comes in a small carton at the market.

    cream like heavy whipping cream, sour cream does work too tho as long as you stir it so its no longer a solid

    O Smart One?? If it says "cream" then it means liquid.
