I like sheep, like a sweet dreams theme. Sheep bedding is hard to find in crib sets and toddler beds.

Any kind of animal can be for either gender. Baby animals are cute!

I did bumblebees (the Wendy Bellissimo Honey Bee set) which is black, white, sage green and yellow. I chose it before we knew she was a girl so we could use it for either, and maybe in the future.

I like the penguin idea mentioned above! Cute, especially for a winter baby.

We used this crib bedding set. We didn't know the sex either. I think it works for either a boy or a girl. I also like it because it's organic cotton. We painted the walls cream on top and green on the bottom, with a brown horizontal strip in the middle.

I think hippos or birds are cute for girls and owls or trains for boys. Frogs and ducks can go either way. They tend to seem boyish but if you add a bit of pink to the room, even some bows to stuffed animals and such, it is just as girly as anything else :)

Ialways thought that safari was a really cute idea.

I think an underwater/marine life nursery would be adorable.
