How long have you lived in your present home ?

Just over 40 years - the day my youngest daughter was born !

Lived here 4 years and 6 months. Previously lived in 2 other houses for 14 years respectively.

6 months on the current one . I've lived in the 7-10 different places in the past 15 years.

I think I'm going to settle on this one for another 3-4 years since I'm getting married

Me and your mom's friend would get along great! Currently I have lived in my house for a total of 23 months.. but only 14 months in the lower unit, where I am currently living! This is the longest I have stayed at one address for over 11 years!

We moved in on 22nd November 1974.

I have friends in New Zealand who move more often than your Mum's friend.

Their hobby is building houses. They buy a plot of land, draw their own plans, hire a builder and when the house is finished, they move in. Stay for about two years then sell it and start again!

I've stopped changing their address in my address book - now I just put in a slip of paper with the latest address! At the moment they are living in a barn with all their furniture, waiting for the current house to be completed.

I've been in my house since Labor Day weekend of 2007. Its the longest I've lived in one place since I move out of my parents house. I lived at my parents house for 17 years (from age 4 when they bought the house, to age 21 when I finished community college and moved out to a university.)
