Is it illegal (New York State) Rodent Death Match?
Is it illegal to build a web site where users create free accounts are given points. They use these points to ‘wager’ on the outcome of a match that is via live webcam. 3 (feeder) mice or rats are placed in a ‘ring’. In the center of the ring is a mouse / rat trap. The users are ‘betting’ points on who will spring the trap and be killed 1st (and other wagers). Ok, maybe not moral, but the rodents are being sold to be fed to snakes and lizards. There are millions of mouse traps sold a year. No money or prizes are changing hands Yes, it will piss PETA off – but is it a crime?

Animal on animal fighting is illegal in every state in the US except for Oklahoma.
