Any suggestions for where to hold a bridal shower in the Braintree, MA area?
I have been looknig around. One of my friends suggested Isaac;s in Plymouth as it is a nice setting and cheap at about $12 a person. Does anyone have any suggestions around that price closer to Braintree/Quincy/Weymouth? We are trying to not do a home one as no one really has a big enough house, so please don't suggest that! Thanks!

Elks Club in Quincy, I almost held my wedding reception there, but it was too small. It would be perfect for a bridal shower though, and the location is beautiful. It overlooks a golf course (I think) and has a gazebo in the back.
The Lantana in Randolph. That's where I actually had my wedding reception. I know it's a bit of a hike, but I think it'd be worth it. Very nice, excellent prices (for weddings anyway, though bridal shower should be cheaper). Ask for Esther, she was our coordinator, and is absolutely wonderful!
Tullio's in Quincy, if your shower isn't too big. Wonderful italian restaurant with a 'Grotto' downstairs, where I had my rehearsal dinner. I think it might be under new management though, so not sure if it's still as great.
The Sons of Italy in Quincy. My mom held her wedding there, and it's a nice place for a good price. Not top of the line, but clean and classy-ish. :)
That's all I can think of now, but if your answer isn't solved soon, I'll add some more. Good luck!

Plimoth Plantation in does a great brunch and has many rooms to choose from with different sizes and decor. I have either gone to or helped host 3 showers there.
There's also Pembroke Country Club which is halfway between Braintree and Plymouth, and is totally reasonable, and what about the Ridge in Braintree? Not sure if its still open though. That would be a good option - near the highway, function rooms, etc.
Good luck!
