I think there's been a problem while you're downloading your Yahoo Messenger.Uninstall your Yahoo Messenger in your computer,click start botton,then go to programs,click programs and all programs will show up.Look for Yahoo Messenger in your program and uninstall it.After taking the process install Yahoo Messenger again,there are many kinds of features so first review them and find one which is compatible for your computer.Don't worry your contacts will still be there even you uninstall and reinstall a new one.Oh,don't forget your user name and password.
