What song & artist sings this?

I heard it forever ago, and saw the music video.

in the video they were in some kind of room with a stage, and there was a cake with candles? the band was singing at an almost whispering level and then got a bit louder and there were a lot of "la la la la , la la la la"

im pretty sure it was alternative music..

i saw it forever ago though, and just remembered it! haha

Karen wood worker sang (They long To Be) on the component of You, and their are different songs of an analogous call. the only one i comprehend is sung by ability of Frank Sinatra. The singer i comprehend with the call that starts off with an 'a' is Anita Baker, yet she never sang any music entitled on the component of You so some distance as i will bear in mind.
