panasonic touchscreen?

I have a Panasonic toughbook w/touchscreen. The computer sat unused for about four months. When I put it up, the touchscreen feature worked. I am putting it back into service now and discovered the touchscreen feature does not work. I tried troubleshooting the mouse/screen w/o any luck. Everything else works. I am out of bright ideas. Anybody got any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    Driver or an app that it is needed for it to work perhaps?
