how do i take music out of my i pod?
i received an ipod for christmas but it was used. it has a lot of rap music in it,and i would like to take the rap music out so i can put my country music in it. please help

plug your ipod into your computer
open itunes
it should list the music on your ipod on the left side of your window
go to the songs you want to delete, highlight them
and press delete.
same goes with adding songs... you just click and drag them into your ipod from the library.

plug in your ipod and itunes should pop up. next turn the settings to maually manage music (on first screen when opened). then go to music. press Ctrl Alt A and it will highlight all the songs. next right click and click on delete. it might take a while so be patient. then you should be good to go.
