Has anyone else had problems with Sprint?

Like with hidden fees?? Or just the bill never being the same price as its SUPPOSED to be??

    ME!!!!!!!!!!!! Out of the 24 months we were with Sprint 21 bills were wrong and had to have corrections on them. ANd would have to argue for hours for them to fix their issues!

    The last 6 months we had sprint the phones were not even USED but still managed to get "extra fees" with no usage showing on the account.

    I will never ever use sprint again.

    Your first bill will always be higher than the rest.

    My bill is pretty consistent unless I buy a ringtone or game that month.

    I have never had problems with hidden fees. There usually straight forward. Can you explain the situation? :)
