HELP with motorola Razr V3i connection!!?

Question

i got a new motorola razr V3i and whenever i try to connect to the net and use the browser the loading starts, then it says launching browser: Connecting, but then it tells me "504: Server not responding"
is this something wrong with my phone or do i have to stay outside or whatever but i want to know whats wrong with it and how to fix it? Thanks!!

I had that same problem with my env2 when i had verizon- call verizon and talk to them. You may need it to be set up on your phone.

OR

you're not in the internet usage area. sometimes you can just restart the browser, too.

504 Gateway Timeout
The server, while acting as a gateway or proxy, did not receive a timely response from the upstream server it accessed in attempting to complete the request. 
Call your service provider.  It's likely not your phone.

rugby_rox1, I've had my Motorola RAZR V3i for 4 days and my battery doesn't last too.

Sounds like you're doing it right. Call tech support, your Internet service may not be active and they will activate from their office.
