What is the theme in the book New Moon?
I have to write an essay on the book New Moon. I was thinking of a theme along the lines of "True love endures the greatest tragedies". I asked my teacher who has read the book and she said to do "True lovers will always come back to each other after being seperated" i don't really like that one and i have to do 3 examples of it in the book and i only found one. Im not asking for examples. Im asking for what you think the theme is.
And if your going to write a comment saying "there isnt one" please don't because i'm not looking for that. Also please dont leave answers like "the theme is vampires" or anything general about the book. Well thanks to everyone who gives me a good answer! Thanks!!!
Oh i know what the book is about. I dont need someone to telling me what its about. I need to know the theme (lesson to be learned about life).

The flower represents re-birth and the re-growth of Bella as she recovers from Edwards absence. This book revolves around true love, fate, passion, re-birth/re-growth and forgiveness.

umm i dont know its sorta hard.. try something on how there love never ends, or fades... nothing can keep them apart. She doesnt have a life without him
