Ethanol is pure ethyl alcohol, but aqueous ethanol is a mixture of ethanol and water.

It can be easily separated by fractional distillation.

Ethanol is a concentrated form and aqueous ethanol is a form of ethanol diluted in water so that it is less harmful than ethanol concentrated.
