Period while in Florida?

i dont know much about birth control. but i do know

you can realllly help cramps by getting an orgasm- either from your bf or by yourself.

Also by laying on your back with legs in pretzel position this will help the cramps a bit. this widens the cervical opening to allow blood to pass thru more easily and painlessly.

Try the junior/slender tampons. i cant help much because im 18 and still cant seem to get them in. Also try putting KY on them this will help it slide in, or use the kind with the applicator.

supposedly you can postpone your period by excerzising a lot, or drastically changing your routine. but if its due in the next two weeks, its too late, its already on its way..

bring a ton of tampons/pads with you. and hopefully are traveling with people who are understanding. if they are real friends they wont make fun or anything

i just got back from florida this week... i had been really worried i was gonna get my period but it turned out i got it the week before vacation so you never know.

Getting tampons in can be tricky but after a few trys will be sucessful, If you have a period before you go i would take that chance to practise with them.
