Can you upload pictures to your digital camera?

yes you can do, but only jpeg and in the same format. It is doubtful that a camera that has 10 mpix will read a jpeg in a size of 14 mpix.

Mi Nikons do it, the D40 and D200 read the shots from each other without problems. Anyway, you can't do anything wrong if you try.

Most cameras DO NOT allow you to do that...especially if the images were not originally taken by that very same camera and/or the file name has been changed in any way. Of course you can try transferring what you like to the memory card (via a card reader) and putting the card back in the camera...but chances are, the camera will not recognize them.

A camera is not meant to be a general photo viewer. If you want to be able to store and view a vast array of different jpeg images or other files...you should either buy an ipod or similar device...

'To your digital camera', you mean to the camera's internal memory or to the memory card? I don't know if you can upload pictures to the camera's internal memory. You can copy the pictures from your computer to the memory card in your camera. Connect the camera to your computer, open up the camera folder from windows explorer, and just copy and paste pictures. f you don't know where to paste, take a test picture beforehand, and browse to the camera folder where this test picture resides and paste your pictures in that folder.
