Joburg Open on the golf channel ?
did any one watch the Joburg Open on the golf channel Friday where Danny Willett of England was putting on the 15th hole. His ball roll off the green onto the edge about foot and half, he mark his ball off the green. He try to hold it out for par but end up with a boggy. Should he end up with a double boggy instead a boggy? I wanted to ask the panel on the Golf Channel about this but I wasn't able to find the link to submit my question. what is your thought on this incident?

If in fact his ball was off the green...He is not allowed to mark it. If this is true he should have incurred a one stroke penalty.
