can a JDM p13 ecu from a honda prelude be chippped?

i dont like my stock tune on the car and i have a chip that was tuned on my car but the thing is it was on my friends ecu so now i'm stuck with a chip and no ecu but i have the stock ecu. can anyone chip it or knows anyone that can chip it?

    You can't chip the P13's like you can with Civic and Integra ECUs. So you'll need another ECU.

    it still better to get a p28 ecu and chip it for a h22...
