Sitting in guys laps?

Question

I went to an amusement park with my best guy friend and my other friend. When we got to this roller coaster, he wanted to sit in the front, my other friend wanted to sit in the back and I wanted to sit in the front. So I basically ended up sitting in his lap. I swear, as soon as the ride started, I felt his privets sort of move against my butt. Do you think I just imagined it or is this something guys do? Or is this something that happens when a guy gets excited being next to a particular girl or any girl? Please explain, because this happened almost a year ago and it's still bugging me.

Update:

He doesn't wear a belt and we were like the closest of friends. People were sure we were going out but we weren't. I was just wondering if maybe he did like me and me sitting in his lap just...pushed him over the edge ; )

sometimes it happens uncontrollably, really sometimes guys can't help it!!! The only way youll know is to ask. If it happened a year ago surely mentioning it when your both messing about wont hurt...aslong as you dont embarass him with it. do it when its just the two of you.
