BA: Saw them in Long Beach, California in '76 w/ Tommy Bolin (no idea what "mk" that is). Also Tommy in Hollywood a couple of months later after he'd left the band. BA2: I liked most of the albums up to Come Taste The Band (and still have them all on vinyl), I'd probably go with Machine Head overall if I had to choose. BA3: No idea. To tell the truth, I haven't followed them since the seventies, but your question has prompted me to go pull some records off the shelf.
