    ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ is just the onomatopoeia for laughing

    except it's when like you sort of try to hold a laughter in by closing your might tight and make that sort of grinding like sound

    sorry i couldn't explain that better

    AND

    한국 사람이세요? (Han-**** sa-ram-yi-se-yo?)

    just literally means Are you a Korean person?

    in English we would just say Are you Korean?
