Has anyone noticed on HD-TV the voices are out of synic with peoples moving lips ?

If your tv or hd-tv tuner box has an advanced audio setup menu you can adjust audio sync (knock the audio back into sync).

Mine is if I connect from the Satellite receiver with the red, white and yellow cables, but it is ok when connected with HDMI cable.
