PLEASE do a SEARCH here for answers to your questions first. Someone else probably already asked the same question!!! That way we don't have to answer the same thing over and over and over. I tell what I have learned. I will say this: law school is VERY, VERY expensive!!! Please research the vocational path you are interested in thoroughly BEFORE you enroll! (My answers are based on my knowledge, information, and belief. My answers are intended as personal opinion, and not intended as legal advice. None of my answers posted here should be taken as forming any attorney-client relationship with any other user. Seeking advice over the Internet is not a good idea - the field of Law is too complex for that. Whenever your legal rights/obligations are at issue, consult with a lawyer licensed in the appropriate jurisdiction. Please be careful and do your research.) • Will you help me, please?? I need the following message distributed to everyone that you know that wants Trump OUT of The White House.?

We need to save our country!!!! It's NOT too late to get rid of Trump!!! We can still get Donald Trump out of The Oval Office. It's NOT too late!!!! Come on! It's time to stand up and FIGHT!!! We need to stop being so nice!! We don't want this guy representing The USA!! We are better than this.

I bet you thought The USA was/is a "democracy". The USA is NOT a democracy - it is a REPUBLIC. Say The Pledge Of Allegiance. You pledge yourself to a REPUBLIC.

    >>>>>>>The "election" you saw on November 8, WAS FOR TV RATINGS.<<<<<<< We have been played. Nov. 8th was just a guesstimate/projection of who would win. It was for TV ratings.

    >>>>>THE ELECTORS OF THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE VOTE FOR PRESIDENT IN THE USA. (See Wikipedia.) The "real" election is December 19. (US Constitution, Article II, Amendment 12) The Electors of The Electoral Colleged haven't voted yet - they vote on December 19th. Donald Trump isn't "locked in" as President-Elect until the Electors vote. If we tell the Electors what we want, and how we want them to vote, well,

it's a slim chance, but, it could happen.......

The Founding Fathers wrote this method of overriding the people's vote just in case something went wrong- for example just like this. All we have to do is use this method. It hasn't been done before, but we could give it a try.

  • What do YOU think of the death of Jacintha Saldanha?

There seems to be a crucial bit of info missing here....

One thing that has NOT been mentioned: how Jacintha's coworkers at the hospital treated her. I think an investigation should start THERE. Because it was mentioned repeatedly that Jacintha felt "alone". She should NOT have felt "alone". Her coworkers should have rallied around her - it could have happened to any of them instead. Of course, the hospital's management is going to officially say they supported Jacintha Saldanha. But when you get a bunch of backstabbing, smarkey women together, they tend to turn on their own, the weakest of the bunch.

I am NOT trying to make any sexist remarks! I am saying that when you get a bunch of women together, they tend to turn into b________.

I would take a closer look at the coworkers!!!!!!!!!!!! There is more to this story than meets the eye.

  • Can you photocopy BSA merit badge books?

I just moved, and I switched BSA troops. One thing that my new troop does that shocks me is: When a Scout demonstrates an interest in a merit badge, one of the adult leaders PHOTOCOPIES the merit badge book, and gives the photocopied merit badge book to the Scout to work with.

Is this legal?!? Is this an invasion of Intellectual Property rights?!?

  • WHY is the U.S. Bureau of Labor giving out such bogus, inflated salary/job stats regarding the field of Law?

I understand why the law schools are doing it - it's marketing for them - they are really just businesses interested in their own bottom line and their financial survival. But WHY is the U.S. Bureau giving out bogus information? Why are they misleading the public? They are doing such a disservice to so many. What's in it for them?

We simply already have way too many Legal Professionals.

    Anyone have any ideas?

(I currently am employed at a law school. I see what is being done. I am horrified by the massive debts that law school students are accruing. I AM looking for another job - but there aren't many out there.)

  • Why has the American Bar Association allowed too many law schools?

It's obvious that the job market/economy is saturated with way too many Legal Professionals. WHY doesn't the American Bar Association do something? WHY does the American Bar Association allow law schools to start up and/or exist on every corner?

  • unemployment questions - Ohio?

On the UNemployment website (Ohio), it asks the reasons for separation:

    discharge

    disciplinary layoff

    lack of work

    leave of absence

    mutual agreement

    quit

    retirement

    still employed

    strike/lockout (labor dispute)

    voluntary separation/buyout

I don't know how to answer this - none of these answers really fit the situation. There was a layoff across campus (I worked for a university), and my contract just was not renewed. How do I answer this in case I would need to appeal it? (I have been told the university fights all unemployment claims.) Any suggestions?!?

    Thanks!

I understand that it should center around the boy. But how do you feel about everyone in the family being involved in the troop? There are plenty of jobs to be done............
