you can go on here and people post there reveiws aout it and the pros and cons of the phone i never had a jitterbug so i dont no but heres other people that have thanks vote me best answer

No but I researched it. Then I bought a prepaid TracFone from Wal-Mart. I got a Motorola phone in the deal. It's OK. The Jitterbug is a scam. Read what one answerer posted for you. I discovered the same thing .
