Would you be forced to kick someone's butt if you saw them wearing a Snuggy in public?
the commercial shows them wearing it to a football game
I am afraid I would be forced to kick their butt. Sorry, I don't want to but I don't think I can help it.

Yeah, I mean...there's a man on there wearing one. What grown man wears a Snuggie? And to a ball game? Isn't there some unspoken man-code that forbids you from wearing Snuggies to football games? You know where they WOULD fit in though? ComiCon conventions....they make the perfect Star Wars costumes. So, only nerds and old ladies can wear Snuggies.

>>>Does the government not see that it is precisely because of the government's militaristic actions (take Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, etc.) that servicemen are unpopular?>>> It's too bad that servicemen, be they British or American, are less popular among people in their own country than they are in Iraq and Afghanistan. You know, I talk with a LOT of military people who have served in Iraq, as well as their families, and I pretty much hear the same thing: Most people back home have NO idea how much the Iraqi and Afghani people appreciate what they are doing for them. So, I totally disagree with you that "the government's militaristic actions" are what is making these guys "unpopular." What's making them "unpopular" is the mainstream media's heavily biased coverage of Iraq and Afghanistan, thanks to the fact that they're overwhelmingly dominated by liberals. After all, even the American military commonly refers to the BBC as the "Bullshit Broadcasting Company," and use your imagination as to what they call CNN. .
