anyone feel like giving advice on relationships tonight?

this girl that i went out with for about a month or 2. back in October and part of November. anyway i got grounded and told her that its probably not a good idea to be dating while im grounded since we will never see each other outside school and she agreed and asked if we could try it again after i am ungrounded cause she really liked me. well i went to see her at her house when ever my parents gave me time, once in the middle of dec. and she said jsut come by for a hug and hello. so i did and i leaned in for a kiss and about 3 mins later that kiss ended and she said shes been waiting for that, and the same thing happend about a week later. but now that we are back in school she wont even talk to me :(

then she texts my mom and says that i am ignoring her and stuff, (yeah i know my parents and her get along real well, but i knew her first lol) but i am not trying to ignore her and now she doesnt even talk to me, can anyone help me? what should i say to her. i want her back but she doesnt seem interested and she always teases me with giving my best friends hugs and says bye to them and not me (trying to make me jealous)
