sounds like its in the wrong kind of environment conditions (maybe too cold) or very stressed (probably from being kept with a toxic toad)

btw u CANNOT keep turtle and fbt's once the turtle is large enough it will see the amphibians as a food source eat them and probably be poisoned by there toxins, also turtles need larger tanks (generally) deeper water and a hot basking spot (which isnt good for the toads) also have u got a UVB out putting light within 12 inches of the basking area and not being blocked by glass, and is it in date (just because its producing visible light doent mean it producing UVB)

    get it its own enclsoure.

make sure they get 14 hours of light in that enclosure. day/night cycles are very important and can trigger hibernation more easily then temps can. also seperate them from the toads. they have a foul tasting secretion on their skin that can make the turtles sick. Small RES are highly carnivorous and will attempt to eat those toads. not to mention they have very different environmental needs

oh heck no, no turtles should be kept with fire bellied toads!! turtles are reptiles! toads are amphibians! gahhhh. Hopefully you have a large basking area with plenty of basking heat, 85-95F, with a UVB light. Lights should be kept on a timer for 12-14 hours a day. if the air isn't in the late 60's get an additional basking lamp and put in a heat emitter in there to use at night, as often turtles sleep on land to warm themselves up ( like mine does)

hopefully you have done your research and have a setup like these models

Well, do you have a heat lamp, a water heater, and a a UV light? These are very important for them.
