Are kids becoming stupider due to yahoo answers?

I see kids asking simple homework questions which they should be doing themselves.Do you think its right..?

Sid, I don't think that YA is actually making kids more stupid, but it does give a lot of them a chance to show how stupid they can be. This is just a forum for them. It is often difficult to determine how old someone is, too.

I think a stupid kid will ask for an answer, while a confused one will ask for help for a problem that they cannot solve.

    Regards,

    Dan

  • Well sure they are . . But some kids don't even stay on the HW section they answer stupid questions and some kids just ask the answer and put it on the paper not knowing if it's right or not .First they should work it out themselves, then they should ask for help and see what the other people worked out and then see the mistakes they did . . . but most of the time everybody stays on the polls and survey section rather than what yahoo answers is really about . .
