How particular are British Airways in case of the size of the hand baggage? the size mentioned on the website is 56cm x 45cm x 25cm (22in x 18in x 10in). Will the be tolerant for a variation in height of about 10%? I am flying on Sunday from Bangalore to London and this being my first international flight I am a bit paranoid.. Have carried the same bag in domestic with no problems.

On the Indian customs website it says that duty is charged for "Alcoholic liquor and wines in excess of 2 litre each." Does this mean I can get 2 liters for wine and 2 bottles of liquor?
