99 ford cobra no power to a/c clutch?
Interior-all switches work, all fuses good. I checked the leads going to the clutch with a voltmeter and it read zero. I also checked the switch at the condensor and I got a 12v reading. Can anybody give me a suggestion?

I checked the wiring diagram for the ac system on your Ford Mustang. Here is the path the voltage follows:
1. The voltage obviously begins at the fuse
2. Then to the a/c heater control assembly
3. Then to the a/c clutch cycling switch (located directly on the ac accumulator)
4. Then to a/c high pressure cutout / fan switch (located on the ac line above the air cleaner housing)
5. Then to the constant control relay module (located behind the engine coolant reservoir)
6. If the constant control relay module has all the correct readings, then it will send voltage to the ac compressor clutch coil.
The first four components are easy to check if they are working by either checking the voltage or continuity. However, the constant control relay module (CCRM) is very complex and gathers readings from various sensors including the powertrain control module (PCM). If the first four components are functioning, I recommend that you take it to your mechanic. He should have the scanner to test the CCRM and the PCM.
Good luck, hope this helps,

On some A/C systems there is a low pressure switch which interrupts power to the clutch when freon is low.

Okay.
Clutch coil is toast.
Let a shop replace and shim properly or you eat up the serpentine belt.
It was only an hour labor on the 94 Ranger I had to do this on.
