The one with the most stickers, loudest fart tube exhaust and the largest triple decker wing.
Ricer horse power is increased 1 hp per sticker
The louder the fart tube exhaust is the more hp they add so in their mind its a minimum of 50 hp
Wings add 25 hp and 50 more miles per hour at top end

Oh ok, this is such a viable statement, considering the extremely long lasting time for their engines and the great gas mileage. If you are talking about kids who put money into them, then that's your opinion, but hey its what they want to do. Next time have some actual reason why you don't like something.
