Gaining weight and jogging?
I'm skinny and I'm trying to gain more weight. Also I want to gain more energy and I hear jogging in the morning is beneficial to gaining energy throughout the day and needing less sleep. Is this a good or bad idea? Or does it not matter?
I mean is it a good idea to jog in the morning to gain energy while I'm also trying to gain weight?

good idea....but jogging probably won't make you gain weight, but it will give you energy.
try weight lifting while increasing the amount of protein you eat through nuts/meat

If you want to gain more weight, eat more carbs. Jogging in general will help you increase your energy level and help you sleep less. You don't have to only jog in the morning for this to happen. This is not a bad idea, but you need to allow yourself some time for rest periods. For example, after a couple of weeks with lots of jogging, you should give yourself some time off to allow your body the rest it needs to heal itself and grow stronger.
