Terrorism in the Arctic region?

I read "National Security Presidential Directive and Homeland Security Presidential Directive "

http://www.fas.org/irp/offdocs/nspd/nspd-66.htm

Also what I see?

#

"The United States also has fundamental homeland security interests in preventing terrorist attacks and mitigating those criminal or hostile acts that could increase the United States vulnerability to terrorism in the Arctic region."

What happens?

The Hezbollah has constructed icebreaking fleet? Or Ah-kaeda has bases on ice floes? :)

Update:

All as usually?

Above the American stocks of oil any country is casually found out?

    Hmmmm.

There's something rotten in Denmark? Yon Iceland has a lean and hungry look? (Swell, I'm doing Shakespeare one-liners now. In desperate need of coffee.)

Look, if Russia were to go to war with the Mongolia, there's a long thin supply line that would make Russia vulnerable. Our line thin line carries oil from Prudhoe Bay. With "The Changeling" in office, I don't see much happening soon with the ANWR reserve, but who knows.

    Thanks for the laugh.

I think we really need to keep on eye on Denmark. They could very well have dreams of a trans-artic empire that they will take by force.
