In Russia.

Medvedev - "medved" (see "BearSurprise") http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bear_Surprise

Putin - "Red Chief Pu the Big", "Dobby"

George Bush younger - "cowboy" or "bagel"

Obama - "Suntanned"

    Nicknames aren't publicized in the States very well. The press just bashes them, much more direct and efficient.

    Personally, I think Obama ought to be called "Al". Just because calling him "Al Obama" makes me laugh.
