Darkest TV show you've seen?

I'd go with Nip/Tuck. The stuff gets really out there and pretty depressing. It deals with child molesting, transvestites, brothers sleeping with half sisters, sons sleeping with fathers ex-girlfriend and having kids with her, serial killers. etc

Dexter, Six Feet Under and Queer as Folk - could all be depressingly dark at times, and also filled with great humor too!

I've watched Nip/Tuck a few times and it can be quite entertaining and fun to watch... but it is also so poorly written, it can be too frustrating and distracting.

I stopped watching 24 a couple of years ago because of its unremitting darkness. Even when they won, there was no joy. And way too much time was spent torturing people. Big Love is pretty dark, too, but at least has some redeeming value.

I have to go with The Shield. Nip/Tuck has some comic relief to it, The Shield doesn't.

wow thats creepy, I always try to sit down and watch but always end up changing it, I thought of it as too fake (no pun intended)...... but by far..... The Adams family I think is the darkest you cant compete with that.

I'd have to go with Robot Chicken. OK, so there isn't any long-running dark theme, and it isn't real people but...

It's dark humour at its best. I advise you to 'tube the videos of it.
