I've seen it. It was about primordial dwarfs. I don't remember a lot of details but there are only so many people in the world with that condition, so it's probably not too hard to figure out who you are referring to.
It looks like one of the few women with that condition that has lived to a mature age is Kristin Riley. I'll bet that's who you are talking about.
