I have many ideas but ill sort them out
If you want to make money...
-sell them at your local pet store sell them to friends or neighbors interested in fish.(i think that these convicts that you have are new borns so sell them in about a week or 2.)
If you want to do something cool with them...
-Make an outdoor pond (all you need is a container that holds a lot of water then dig a hole outside so that it could fit in it then get some pvc pipes and a filter and you're all set
To be Cruel...
-feed them to the other convict cichlids
-kill them
-bury them alive
-make fried fish
-eat them
-open up a restaraunt and cook them
OK im getting a little carried away so i hope you liked these ideas.

Put an ad in the paper for them. After a few weeks, cull them humanely.
Get a vial of clove oil from GNC.
Shake up around 5 drops in a gatorade bottle with water until its milky white.
Put the fish in a bucket that you will never use for anything other than euthanasia. Mark it with sharpie or something so that you don't re-use it for good fish.
Slowly mix the clove oil water into the fish swimming in the bucket.
After about 5 minutes, you can administer vodka or some other
distilled 80+ proof drinking alcohol to the water.
Wait at least 10 minutes, preferably 20.
Dispose of the bodies.
Afterward, you should not allow them to breed if you do not have a place for the babies. Have some family planning for your fish, eh. Seperate the male & female or introduce something evil like a pack of tiger loaches that will eat all of the babies before they become fish.

That's gonna be a tough one. Convict cichlids tend to go begging, because they're so darned prolific, everybody who wants one already has one.
Try calling around to aquarium and pet shops to see if anyone will take them. Don't expect to get much (if anything) for them, though.

once in a while i put an ad in the paper and say something like this.

Give them away for free to children or anyone else you know that is interested in getting involved in the hobby. Convicts are hardy and easy to breed. They're a great fish for beginners and get lots of people interested in and involved in the hobby. Use these to promote the hobby and help all that love fish.

Give them away on craigslist. You can try selling them to a local fish shop but probably won't be lucky unless it's a busy shop and the fish aren't too old or big.
