How to litter train my ferret outside of his cage?
I have had my ferret for almost a week and before I had him he never had any sort of training. I have successfully litter trained him IN his cage, but not out of it. He always seems to go in the same place in my bathroom. Should I just put a box there for him to use since that is the spot he always goes? He fell in love with pooping in that spot, first night I brought him home that is where he went. Haha! :)

Ferrets will always back into a corner to do their business. Yes put a litter tray also in the corner of your bedroom that he uses. Put a little dirty litter from his cage litter tray in it to give him the scent.
