What is MITZA BAR???????????

Bar Mitzvah...son of the commandment.

And it doesn't actually mean any of the things that others have mentioned, although in modern times, we have a big celebration, and the youngster spends a lot of time preparing for the service that marks his move into adulthood, but truly, this is it:

When a boy turns 13, he is an adult in the eyes of the synagogue. He now, by virtue of the fact that he has completed 13 years of life, responsible for the same things that all adults are. He is officially old enough to bless the Torah ( a huge honor ) and to take his place, and fulfill the responsibilities, among the adults of the Jewish community.

All the rest is dressing.

Jewish religious ritual and family celebration commemorating the religious adulthood of a boy on his 13th birthday. The boy, now deemed personally responsible for fulfilling all the commandments, may henceforth don phylacteries (religious symbols worn on the forehead and left arm) during the weekday-morning prayers and may be counted an adult whenever 10 male adults are needed to form a quorum (minyan) for public prayers.

A bar mitzvah is when a jewish boy at the age of 13 becomes a man. He reads from the Torah and has a service.
