he is sworn in at Noon eastern time

that is the exact time that he is doing the whole thing, from 9:50 to 11:00. Don't worry, I have to miss it too for some of my classes. My team is going to be the only one in the whole school to miss it. Ask someone to record it.

broadcasts live throughout the morning. 7 a.m. - pre-ceremony events 9 a.m. - Obama sworn-in 11:30 a.m. - inaugural parade.

The swearing-in is scheduled to begin at about 11:30, so you should be o.k., but I would record it just in case, also, you'll likely need to look at it again.
