I would like to volunteer in Columbia and help the poor there. The program has to be in the summer and must allow people under the age of 18 to do them. link please?

Just a correction, if you are referring to the South American country, It must be spelled Colombia.

no chance, kidnapping is an industry there. There is no way a minor female will be allowed to go there to help the poor.
Try Costa Rica, MUCH safer.
