Can you suggest ways to teach English to a brilliant Thai girl - 12 years old?

It is a one-to-one class and her english level is already excellent. Any ideas? Any suggestions?

    - roots of words game so that when shee sees a new word she can hazard a guess.

    creative writing techniques- start with the formation of a structured paragraph, increase vocab choice keep number count the same so paragraph is concise and get to flow going
